Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 2.2. Head brown, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma testaceous-reddish, except propleuron and mesopleuron darkened; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except coxae and club of metafemur brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres of holotype in following proportions: 6:4:5.5:4:3:3:2.5:4:3:5. Head excavated, shiny, slightly granulate; temple distinct; frontal line incomplete, only present in posterior half of frons; occipital carina absent; POL = 1; OL = 1; OOL = 6.5; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Labial palpi 2–segmented; maxillary palpi of holotype missing. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, unsculptured. Mesoscutum less than twice as long as broad, shiny, without lateral pointed apophyses. Mesoscutellum shiny, smooth, circular, weakly sloping anteriorly. Metanotum very short, sloping anteriorly, transversely striate, about coplanar to mesoscutellum. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, with median longitudinal furrow, with few median longitudinal striae; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 9:2:3:8:14. Enlarged claw (Fig. 222C) with one small subapical tooth, four large lamellae and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 222C) with one row of 12 lamellae; apex with about eight lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

Material examined. Type: ♀ holotype: NAMIBIA: 17 km S Karibib, along Road C 32, 8.III.2006 , ♀ holotype attacking Paradorydium spatulatum (Naudé), 24 A, M. Olmi leg. (MOLC) .

Hosts. Cicadellidae (Guglielmino et al. 2013): in Namibia: Paradorydium spatulatum (Naudé) .
