Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 1.6–3.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; antenna testaceous-brown; legs brown, except articulations, tarsi and protibia testaceous.Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 13:7:9:8:8:8:8:8:7.5:9.5; antennomere 6 more than twice as long as broad (8.5:3.5). In specimens from Kenya, 0.32442°N 38.05038°E, antennomere 6 twice as long as broad. Head convex, dull, covered with short setae, completely reticulate rugose; clypeus reticulate rugose; frontal line complete or incomplete (then only present in anterior third or half of frons near clypeus); occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 9; OPL = 4; TL = 6. In specimen from Kenya, 0.32442°N 38.05038°E, POL = 4; OOL = 9. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. In small specimen (1.56 mm) from Madagascar, 18°01.35’S 44°03.02’E, mesoscutellum granulate. Mesopleuron dull, reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels, median area almost completely shiny and unsculptured, rugose only near margins, and lateral areas completely reticulate rugose. In specimens from Kenya, 0.32442°N 38.05038°E and 4.48576°S 39.25845°E, propodeal declivity with median area dull, completely reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly longer than proximal part (13:10); 2R1 cell open. Genitalia in Fig. 114F. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
