Description. ♀ (Fig. 112B). Fully winged; body length 4.1 mm. Head black, except mandible and posterior half of clypeus testaceous; antenna brown, except antennomeres 6–10 black; mesosoma black, except lateral margins of pronotum testaceous; petiole yellow; metasoma brown, except apex testaceous; legs brown, except tarsi, trochanters and protibia testaceous. Antenna clavate, short, with antennomeres 5–9 approximately as long as broad; antennomeres in following proportions: 15:9:14:8:7:6:6:6:6:7. Head convex, dull, covered with short setae, completely reticulate rugose (sculpture stronger on vertex than on frons); frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 13; OPL = 13; TL = 16. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, dull, setose, reticulate rugose; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, with anterior third slightly reticulate rugose and remaining surface partly granulate and partly punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli much longer than greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (19:5). Mesoscutellum very swollen, shiny, sculptured by few punctures, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum shiny, with three very large areolae. Mesopleuron dull, setose, reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, rugose, with many very large areolae (inner surface of areolae shiny and slightly rugose); propodeal declivity dull, with two complete longitudinal keels and median area laterally and anteriorly reticulate rugose (rest of surface shiny, almost completely punctate and unsculptured among punctures); lateral areas of propodeal declivity reticulate rugose. Forewing with one large dark transverse band around 2r-rs&Rs vein and one small brown spot on basal cells; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein approximately as long as proximal part (20:20); 2R1 cell open. Petiole long, much shorter than metasoma (7:29). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 23:3:4:20:23. Enlarged claw (Fig. 110C) with one row of 13 teeth and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 110C) with one preapical lamella, two bristles and a medial prominence. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
