Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 6–10 brown; mesosoma black; legs brown, except tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate, except antennomeres 5–9 approximately as long as broad; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:6:5:4:4:4.5:4:4:3.5:6. Head dull, granulate; frons sculptured by slight areolae; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 4; OPL = 7; TL = 7. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with slight areolae near anterior margin. Notauli very hardly visible, apparently reaching posterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum slightly granulate. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with areolae very broad; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels. Forewing with one dark transverse band situated on distal half; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein shorter than proximal part (4:12). Petiole very long, approximately 0.25 as long as metasoma (13:45). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 12:2:4:10:12. Enlarged claw (Fig. 110A) with one preapical tooth and one bristle; Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 110A) with one preapical lamella and two bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/1.
