Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.7 mm. Testaceous, except petiole black and metasoma darkened. An- tenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 21:13:71:28:24:20:18:15:14:20. Head shiny, slightly punctate, setose; frontal line very thin, complete; occipital carina complete, almost invisible on lateral regions of occiput; POL = 3; OL = 3; OOL = 24; OPL = 3; TL distinct. Pronotum shiny, unsculptured, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; anterior collar slightly visible; posterior collar present; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, slightly punctate. Notauli incomplete, approximately reaching 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, slightly punctate. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two brown transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part. Protarsomere 1 about as long as 4; protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 133D) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 14 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 133D) with two rows of 30 lamellae; apex with approximately 15 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
♂. Fully winged; body length 2.1–3.4 mm (holotype 3.4 mm). Head black, except mandible yellow (in speci- men from Mahé Island, 04°39.04’S 55°27.30’E, clypeus brown); antenna yellow-brown; mesosoma black; meta- soma brown; legs yellow, except metacoxa partly black. Antenna filiform, very setose; antennomeres in following proportions:14:13:38:26:29:28:26:23:20:28. Head dull, granulate; temple absent; frontal line absent; occipital carina incomplete, laterally reaching posterior margin of eyes; holotype with POL = 13; OL = 8; OOL = 5; OPL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli longer than OL (11:8); small specimen (2.1 mm) from Mahé Island, 04°39.04’S 55°27.30’E, with POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 2.5; OPL = 0.5; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with slight areolae on lateral regions. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, slightly granulate. Metanotum dull, rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part. Paramere (Fig. 133E) with distal half sculptured by many transverse striae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
