Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.4 mm. Testaceous–reddish, except mesothorax, metathorax, metapec- tal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity black; metasoma brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:5:30:12:11:7:7:6:5:7. Head flat, dull, granulate; occipital carina complete; frontal line complete; POL = 1.5; OL = 2; OOL = 10; OPL = 1; TL = 6. Pronotum dull, granulate, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; disc humped; posterior collar short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, completely granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel, much longer than propodeal declivity (20:15); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (10:7). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 17:3:5:15:22. Enlarged claw (Fig. 132A) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 11 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 132A) with two rows of about 20 lamellae; apex with approximately 10 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
