Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous (with teeth brown); antenna brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:5:5:5.5:6:7:7:6:6:8. Head completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 2; TL = 2. Mesoscutum dull, with anterior half reticulate rugose and posterior half unsculptured or slightly granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.25 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:8). Paramere (Fig. 69C) without distal inner pointed process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Remarks. The record from Mare hongue (Olmi 1987a) is erroneous, because of a misinterpretation of the handwritten locality label of the holotype; the correct type locality is Mare Longue.
