96. Anteon tulearense Olmi, Copeland & van Noort, sp. nov.

Diagnosis. ♂ of Anteon with head granulate (Fig. 74D); OPL as long as TL; antenna filiform, with antennomere 4 more than twice as long as broad; mesoscutum granulate; notauli very short, hardly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum; metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels; paramere without distal inner pointed or rounded process, with inner side provided with numerous papillae (Fig. 77B).

Description. ♂ (Figs 74D, 76). Fully winged; body length 1.5–1.6 mm. Head black, except mandible tes- taceous; antenna brown-testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except part of coxae, club of metafemur and distal half of metatibia brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 8:4:5:5:5:5:5:5:5:7; antennomere 4 more than twice as long as broad (5:2). Head (Fig. 76C) dull, granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 3; TL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OPL (2:3). Mesoscutum (Fig. 76A) dull, granulate. Notauli very short, hardly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels; areolae of propodeal declivity less wide than those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing (Fig. 76D) hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:5). Paramere (Fig. 77B) with inner side almost completely provided with numerous papillae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Paratype: KENYA: Nairobi Prov., ICIPE Campus, Kasarani, 1.22338°S 36.89655°E, 1604 m, 24.II–3.III.2014, MT, near stream, meadow in degraded shrub-/grassland, R. Copeland leg., 1♂ (NMK) .

Distribution. Kenya, Madagascar.

Etymology. The species is named tulearense after the collection site of the holotype in Tulear (= Toliara) Prov- ince.
