Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.0– 2.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; occasionally head brown-reddish, except dark ocellar spot; antenna completely testaceous, or brown, except antennomeres 1–3 testaceous; mesosoma black, except prothorax yellow or orange and some reddish spots on pleuron; metasoma brown or testaceous; legs testaceous, except stalk of metafemur darkened. In specimen from Kenya, Kakamega Forest, head and prothorax completely testaceous, except malar space brown; mesosoma black, except anterior half of mesopleuron, mesoscutum and mesoscutellum brown; metasoma testaceous, partly darkened dorsally; legs testaceous, except stalk of metafemur darkened. In specimen from Democratic Republic of the Congo, 01°56’29.82’’N 30°02’19.17’’E, head and mesosoma completely black; antenna brown, except antennomeres 1–2 testaceous; metasoma brown,. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:3:5:4:4:4:4:4:4:6. Head dull, completely granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 4; TL = 4. Pronotum dull, completely granulate; posterior surface flat, slightly shorter than mesoscutum (8:9). Mesoscutum dull, completely granulate, with some evanescent areolae near lateral margins. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum dull, strongly or slightly granulate. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:6). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 5:1.5:2:6:12. Enlarged claw (Fig. 44F) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 44F) with two rows of 22–23 lamellae; apex with five-six lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

♂. Fully winged; body length 1.4–1.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs completely testaceous; occasionally meso- and metatibia and clubs of femora brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:3:4:5:4:4.5:4.5: 4.5:4:6. Head dull, granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 3; OPL = 2; TL = 3. In specimen from Madagascar, 22°50.36’S 44°42.36’E, OPL slightly longer than TL. In specimen from Kenya, 2.32031°N 37.98595°E, OPL as long as TL. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli very short, shortly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs& Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:5). Paramere (Fig. 46D) without distal inner pointed process, usually without papillae on inner side (in specimen from Kenya, 2.32031°N 37.98595°E, paramere with few papillae on inner side). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
