Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous with teeth brown; antenna brown, except antennomeres 1–4 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; tegula testaceous; legs testaceous, except metacoxa and club of metafemur partly brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:4:5:4:4:4:4:4:4:7. Head dull, granulate, with numerous irregular transverse keels; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 5; OOL = 4; OPL = 5; TL = 2. Pronotum (damaged in holotype) sculptured by transverse keels, with smooth area near posterior margin. Mesoscutum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.25 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:7). Protarsomere 1 longer than 4 (9:2); protarsomere 4 produced into hook, approximately 0.5 × as long as basal part of 5. Enlarged claw (Fig. 44A) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 44A) with basal part much longer than apical part, with some proximal and medial bristles; apex with six lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
