Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible and anterior half of frons tes- taceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:6:9:8:7:7:7:7:7.5:10. Head dull, granulate, sculptured by many irregular longitudinal striae; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 5; OOL = 5.5; OPL = 6.5; TL = 5. Pronotum shiny, with anterior surface rugose and transversely striate; posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (8:17), with anterior half dull and granulate and posterior half shiny and unsculptured; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, unsculptured or very slightly granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with one dark transverse band around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:13). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 9:3:4:8:19. Enlarged claw (Fig. 33C) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 33C) with two rows of approximately 50 lamellae; apex with about 5 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
