Diagnosis. As in original descriptions (Dworakowska, 1982). Male. Length 2.9 mm. Body brownish (Figs 28, 30). Sides of vertex with two roundish patches, smaller than in Agnesiella (D.) rita Dworakowska, 1982 (Figs 25, 28). Pronotum with single irregular dark posteromedial marking, anterior margin with brown patches, hind margin milky grey. Mesonotum black to yellow, scutellum brownish (Fig. 28). Face black, frontoclypeus brown fading to beige dorsally (Figs 29, 30). Forewing semitransparent, with two symmetrical brown patches on basal part, subapical area brownish (Fig. 58).
Female. Length 3.2 mm. Sides of vertex without roundish patches (Fig. 31). Face sordid yellowish except apex of frontoclypeus, gena and lorum dark brown (Figs 32, 33). Forewing same as in male (Figs 31, 60).
