1.3. Adenocalymma paulistarum Bureau ex Schumann in Engler (1894: 214) (Figs. 3 c).
Diagnosis:— Adenocalymma paulistarum can be identified by the curved prophylls (vs. straight prophylls in A. bracteatum and A. marginatum), and by the exserted or sub-exserted filaments and stigma (vs. inserted in both A. bracteatum and A. marginatum).
Reproductive Period:— Flowering from June to October, no data regarding fruiting period.
Distribution and Habitat:— It occurs in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay (Lohmann 2010, Fonseca & Lohmann 2019). Within the study area, it was registered in Matelândia, Foz do Iguaçu, and in the PARNA Iguazú, on trails’ border.
