Comments. The only Eocyzicus species reported in North America. This species ranges across arid Mexico and the southwestern USA. This species was redescribed by Mattox (1954) under Mackin’s nomen “ concava ”. This species needs to be redescribed using modern standards. Records from India were erroneously reported by Battish (1981) (see Rogers & Padhye, 2015).
