Published records. Guatemala: Huehuetenango, Suchitepequez; México: Chiapas (Rodrigues & Sites 2019) .

Distribution. This species has been recorded only from Mexico and Guatemala, although Rodrigues & Sites (2019) suggested that the species might also be present in El Salvador and Honduras, in Central America. In Mexico, the species is present only in Chiapas (Fig. 10), in the southern mountain range (Sierra Madre de Chiapas) of the Chiapas Highlands biogeographic province.
