Remarks.

This species is similar to Macrocheilus cheni but easily distinguishable from the latter by the presence of additional setae between the anterior and anterior setae, the median tooth of the mentum with sinuate lateral margins in middle (sinuate on api cal one-third in Macrocheilus cheni), the median lobe larger, and the apical lamella long and narrowed towards apex.
