Remarks. This species was reported from Pakistan from Haripur District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Chaudhry et al., 1970), Peshawar (Mohyuddin, 1987), Murree (Mehmood et al., 1996), Shogran, Kaghan Valley (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) and from Sudhan Gali in Bagh District of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (Staven, 2001, unpublished data). This species is found from eastern Pakistan east through India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and China to southern Japan, then southeast through Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia to Papua New Guinea (Pittaway & Kitching, 2013).
