Material examined. Kamsorkh village, Rayan, Kerman, (N 29° 35΄ 51.05˝, E 57° 26΄ 14.61˝), ~ 2000m, ZUTC 6050 (Fig. 1).
General distribution and habitats. Reported by (Grosser & Pešić 2008) from Iran and usually found in mountainous streams and springs of southern parts of Iran.
Descriptive features and remarks. Mouth wide. Dorsally reddish brown with a pale mid-dorsal stripe, paramedian stripes hardly visible. Papillae absent. Ventrally pale white or reddish white. Genital pores separated by two annuli.
