Pseudanapis Simon, 1905
Type species: Pseudanapis paroclus Simon, 1905
Diagnosis. Males and females can be distinguished by their coarsely punctate carapace, sternum and ventral abdominal scutum; male palp with two femoral, one or two patellar, and no tibial apophyses on the male palp (Platnick & Shadab 1979: 16).

Distribution in America. Mexico, Panama, Ecuador and Brazil.
