Type material: Holotype: ♂, PAKISTAN, Punjab, Murree Hills, 12 July 2016, Coll. Hassan Naveed . Paratypes: 18♂, Jammu & Kashmir, Neelum Valley, 9 June 2016.
Remarks: This species closely resembles J. neelumensis but can be distinguished by the unevenly distributed distal teeth on the anal tube appendage and the much shorter and broader dorsal connective.
Etymology: The species epithet “ truncata ” is based on the truncate style apophysis.
