Chordodes sp.

Chordodes sp. (Specimen 1). One male. Locality: Northwest Panay Peninsula, trail to Sibaliw Research Station, Barangay Bulanao, Libertad, Antique, Panay Island, Philippines (11° 47.430' N, 121° 58.168' E), ~ 109 m; dry riverbed, in small pond ; collected by C. J. Schwarz on October 20, 2011. Deposited in the Zoological Museum Hamburg, accession number V13381. The cuticle is strongly eroded, but several tubercle areoles are present (Fig. 8 N), and the posterior end (Fig. 8 M) corresponds to that of males in the genus Chordodes . Crowned areoles were not observed, but tubercle areoles, also an areolar type characteristic for the genus Chordodes (Schmidt-Rhaesa et al. 2008), were present.
