Measurement. Male: 3.30–3.60mm.

Remarks. This species is similar to S. lahorensis in external appearance and genital characters but differs in color and in the structure of the pygofer lobe. The dorsal margin of the pygofer lobe in S. viridulus is straight but curved in S. lahorensis .
