General distribution. From northern half of Europe, eastward to Lake Baikal in Asia (Jansson 1986, 1995; Kanyukova et al. 2002; Kment & Beran 2011; Boda et al. 2015; Stoianova 2018; Protić & Nadaždin 2019). In Romania, S. semistriata is known only from Transylvania (Fig. 20).
