Sinocyrtaspis truncata Liu, 2000, Zoological Research, 21(3): 220; Wang, Liu & Li, 2015, Zootaxa, 3941(4): 537.

Holotype: female; type locality: Maoershan, Xingan, Guangxi; location of type specimen: Shanghai Entomological Museum of the Chinese Academy of Science (SEMCAS).

The female of this species was reported by Liu (2000), and male was descripted by Wang et al. (2015). The descriptions are clear. Here, we supplement photographs of this species.

Material examined. Holotype: ♀, Maoershan, Xingan, Guangxi, 18 August, 1992, coll. Xianwei Liu & Haisheng Yin. Other specimens: 1♂, Maoershan, Xingan, Guangxi, 16 August, 2018, coll. Zhilin Chen; 1♂, Maoershan, Xingan, Guangxi, 17 August, 2018, coll. Tao Wang; 1♀, Maoershan, Xingan, Guangxi, 18 August, 2018, coll. Tao Wang; 2♀, Maoershan, Xingan, Guangxi, 19 August, 2018, coll. Tao Wang.
