Diagnosis: A very large species of Reconcavona with a postero-ventral spine on the larger left valve which is missing on the right valve.

Holotype: Carapace, SMF Xe 4801.

Paratypes: 3 carapaces under SMF Xe 4802 .

Dimensions: Holotype, length 0.90mm, height 0.52mm, width 0.38mm (without spine).
