Cypridea vulgaris Krömmelbein, 1962

1962 Cypridea vulgaris n. sp. —Krömmelbein, p. 453–454, pl. 56, fig. 24.

Diagnosis: A small Cypridea species with a fairly strong rostrum and a comparatively deep, clearly delineated and high-reaching rostral sulcus. Carapace in dorsal view roundly biconvex. Posterior margin at the bottom of the larger left valve with a rounded little shield. Carapace surface thickly covered with fine but clearly prominent pore dimples.

Holotype: Carapace, SMF Xe 4183.

Paratypes: 6 carapaces under SMF Xe 4184 .

Dimensions: Holotype, length 0.71mm, height 0.46mm.
