Measurements. Body length: 13.5–16.8 mm. CL: 0.74; EL: 2.85; ELS: 1.46; EW: 2.88; HL: 2.18; HW: 2.29; PO: 0.94; PL: 2.55; PW: 2.21.
Distribution. Miobdelus eppelsheimi is at present known from the provinces of Gansu, Heilongjiang, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Xizang and Yunnan in China and Eastern Siberia in Russia.
