Ctenoneura acuticerca Bey-Bienko, 1957 (doubtful species)
Ctenoneura acuticerca Bey-Bienko, 1957: 896, 2♀♀, type locality: “ Mt. Santaishan [In Mangshi City], Yunnan ” (In Russian, with English summary); Princis 1963: 101; Roth 1993: 87; Feng, Guo & Woo 1997: 34.
Specimens examined. None.
Distribution. China: West Yunnan.
Remarks. This species was described based on two females from Mt. Santaishan, Mangshi City, west Yunnan. Roth (1993) stated that the type specimens of C. acuticerca and C. yunnanea were kept in IZCAS, but we didn’t find the type specimens there.
This species may not belong to Ctenoneura due to the absence of an intercalary vein and arolia (according to Bey-Bienko 1957). The female individual is fully winged, which resembles C. aberrans Hanitsch, 1928 . However, C. aberrans has been moved to the genus Homopteroidea (Roth 1995a) . The lack of the type specimens and especially additional male specimens leaves us knowing little about this species.
