Sibuyanella Obenberger, 1942, genus resurrected
Sibuyanella Obenberger 1942: 60; Bellamy 1985: 425; 1990a: 692 (synonym of Obenbergerula); 1991a: 542; 2003: 82.
Type species: Cisseicoraebus bakeri Fisher, 1924 (original designation).
Remarks. This genus differs from Obenbergerula by character states listed in Table 1. The type species, S. bakeri (Fisher, 1924) was included in Obenbergerula (Bellamy, 1990a, 1991a) mostly due to the similarity of the dorsal coloration. The color patterns of these species are thought to be mimetic and resembling certain scutellerine Pentatomidae (Heteroptera), e.g. Poecilocoris Dallas, 1848 or Chrysocoris Hahn, 1834 (as suggested by Bellamy, 1991a).
