Helicorbis kozhovi Starobogatov et Streletzkaja, 1967

Regional distribution. VinarSki (2015b) recorded Helicorbis kozhovi from two localitieS in EaStern Mongolia and proVided a map of all habitatS of the SpecieS known to the date. In addition to theSe localitieS, we found H. kozhovi in ZhaltSanoVa’S collection, in a Sample labeled aS “ 18.06.1983 Tuulyn TSoorom” (poSSibly, a waterbody belonging to the Tuul-Gol RiVer).

Extra-limital distribution. ThiS SpecieS waS conSidered endemic to EaStern Siberia; recently it waS found in the eaSternmoSt partS of WeStern Siberia (VinarSki 2015b).

Morphology. SpecimenS of H. kozhovi collected in Mongolia are morphologically identical to indiVidualS of thiS SpecieS from Siberia deScribed by StarobogatoV & Streletzkaja (1967) and VinarSki (2015b).
