1 Propodeum with a distinct elevation posteromedially (best observed in lateral view, Fig. 2); fore wing with dense discal setae originating just a little beyond apex of a relatively long marginal+stigmal vein (Fig. 8); petiole strongly swollen basally but without lateral membranous flaps (Fig. 4)........................................ - Propodeum more or less in same plane along length, without an elevation posteromedially (Figs 33, 36, 79, 108); fore wing with dense discal setae originating either behind apex of submarginal vein or behind a relatively short marginal+stigmal vein (Figs 69, 89, 128); petiole cylindrical but basally with at least small lateral membranous flaps (Figs 41, 67) so in dorsal view appearing wider basally than apically................................
