Remarks. The species is widespread throughout West and Central Africa (Schoolmeesters 2019; Serrano et al. 2020). The adult specimens were collected by LT (Fig. 2c) in open secondary forest (Varela) and moist primary forest (Jemberem) (Fig. 2f). Other biological and ecological data are not available for the species, but see general comments on the genus Coenochilus (Serrano et al. 2020) . It is a new species record for Guinea-Bissau.
