Material examined. MÉXICO: Oaxaca, Santa Catarina Lachatao, Puente de los Trabajos, 17°15’11”N, 96°29’27”W, 1985 m asl, 31.vii.2014, light trap, V.S. Jiménez-Hernández, J.A. Casasola-González & M. Razo- González, 1 male (alcohol).

Remarks. This species is recorded for the first time from México. It should be mentioned that with this record, the distributional range extends three degrees to the North and eleven degrees to the West.
