Remark. Holotype male that was unavailable to Bosmans (1994) has been discovered in the collection of MNCN: Porto district, Vila da Conde, 3 May 1934, 13, A. Barros Machado leg. (MNCN: 20.02/13758).

Distribution. Occurs only along the coast of northern Portugal and is expected to occur in Spain on the Atlantic coast (Fig. 25).
