Winnertzia tumida Panelius

Diagnosis. See the diagnosis of W. tumidoides, a new, close relative of W. tumida described below.

Distribution in Sweden. Winnertzia tumida is known to us from a few specimens collected in the southern half of Sweden (Halland, Småland, Gotland, Södermanland, and Uppland).

Material studied. Specimens listed by Jaschhof & Jaschhof (2013) and as follows. Sweden: 1 male, Småland, Nybro, Grytsjön NR, swampy meadow next to old-growth mixed hemiboreal forest, 4–19 June 2005, MT, SMTP (trap 1001, collection event 1329) (spn CEC 1848 in NHRS) ; 1 male, Södermanland, Trosa, Hunga, Södergard 1, grassland near manure pile, 16 May–13 June 2004, MT, SMTP (trap 12, collection event 889) (spn CEC 3052 in NHRS) ; 1 male, Uppland, Uppsala, Ekdalen NR, sparse oak wood, 17 May–2 June 2004, MT, SMTP (trap 27, collection event 486) (spn CEC 1849 in SDEI) .
