Genus: Paratanytarsus Thienemann et Bause in Bause, 1913

Nearly 70 described species belong to Paratanytarsus, including several species still being incorrectly ascribed to other genera. At least three species have been recorded in North Korea; apart from the below species, Reiss (1980) recorded one more, determined as Paratanytarsus sp. K 1.
