This species has a huge distribution area extending from Ireland, Portugal and Morocco in the west to the Chinese province of Guangdong and Taiwan in the south-east (Mironov & Galsworthy, 2007). It is very common in Mongolia. Mongolia (aimags): Bulgan, Dornod, Dundgovi, Govi-Altai, Khentii, Khovd, Khuvsgul, Sukhbaatar, Tuv.
