HOLOTYPE. FMNH 141551.

TYPE LOCALITY. 11 mi [= 17.7 km] W of Iranshahr, Sistan and Baluchistan Prov., Iran.

DISTRIBUTION. Endemic to Iran.

DISTRIBUTION IN IRAN. Fig. 137. Known from four localities lying within a 12 km radius.

HABITAT. There is no information about the habitat apart from that the species burrows in sand.

REMARKS. Collected in the same area as O. brevipes, perhaps even in the same habitat.
