Posttibiae with 27 – 29 internal spines and 25 – 30 external spines on dorsal surface, ventral surface with 1 – 3 internal spines and 3 – 5 external spines, apices with 1 pair of dorsal spurs and 2 pairs of ventral spurs. Posterior margin of tenth abdominal tergite faintly concave in middle (Fig. 1 C). Cerci short, interno-dorsal margin of basal half widely lobate expansion, which extends to the middle area of ventral margin; apical half slender and spine-shaped, its apex directing interno-dorsad, apices acute (Fig. 1 C). Subgenital plate with basal area transverse, narrowing to backward, basal margin rounded concave, lateral margins curved dorsally, posterior margin narrowly rounded (Fig. 1 F). Styli conical, apices obtuse, inserted at the subapical area of subgenital plate on ventral surface (Fig. 1 F). Female. Appearance similar to male. Eighth abdominal tergite with 1 small conical process on each side (Fig. 2 C); posterior margin of ninth abdominal tergite arched; tenth abdominal tergite short, the middle of posterior margin slightly concave (Fig. 2 C). Styli short and stout, conical (Fig. 2 D). Ovipositor short, gradually upcurved behind basal third area, base stout, narrowing from basal to apical area, dorsal and ventral margins smooth, apices of dorsal valvulae acute, apices of ventral ones hook-shaped (Fig. 2 E). Subgenital plate pentagonal, basal margin arched concave, lateral margins subparallel, apical half subtriangular, apex acute (Fig. 2 F). Coloration. Body yellowish brown. Eyes brown. Internal margins of antennal sockets dark brown; scape, internal margins of pedicel and the base of the first segments of flagellum dark brown, the other flagellar segments with brownish rings. Dorsal surface of head with 4 longitudinal stripes. Pronotal disc with 1 longitudinal brownish stripe in the center, lateral margins with 1 dark brown stripe on each side (Fig. 1 A). Apices of mesofemora blackish, apices of genicular lobes of dark. The basal and apical areas of all tibiae pale brown. Appearance is similar to male. BL: ♂ 8.1 – 9.0, ♀ 9.0 – 99.5; PL: ♂ 4.0 – 4.5, ♀ 4.0 – 4.3; TL: ♂ 2.6 – 2.8, ♀ 2.3 – 3.1; HFL: ♂ 8.1 – 8.7, ♀ 8.7 – 9.2; OvL: 4.9 – 5.4. Distribution. Guangxi (Longlin). Discussion. The new species is very similar to Phlugiolopsis (Longiloba) bispinata Bian & Shi, 2018, but differs from the latter by the internal margin of male cerci narrowly expanded, the spine-shaped apical half stumpy. Etymology.
