Scaphomonus lii sp. nov.</p><p>Figs. 1–11</p><p>Description. Body ochraceous. Anterior margin of head with pale transverse band between ocelli, flanked by two dark brown transverse bands. Crown with broad transverse orange band between eyes, anteriorly tinged with brown (Figs. 1, 3), approximately 2.9x as wide as median length, and medially about 1.4x shorter than median length of pronotum. Face ochraceous, frons irregularly dark-fuscous mottled; fine transverse brownish bands from antennal pits extended along frons laterad, ending at frontoclypeal suture, not reaching frontoclypeus. (Fig. 4).</p><p>Anterior margin of pronotum arcuate, posterior margin slightly concave. Maximum width of pronotum about 2.2x its median length. Anterior yellowish-brown and posterior submarginal area brownish (Fig. 3). Forewing light ochraceous with several white spots of varying sizes scattered across surface, apical veins and submarginal apical band dark brown.</p><p>Male genitalia. Pygofer side slightly longer than tall in lateral aspect, middle wide. apex narrow, with many macrosetae near apex (Fig. 5). Valve nearly 3.1x as broad as median length, anterior margin undulate, posterior margin evenly convex (Fig. 6). Subgenital plate narrow, outer edge approximately 4.2x longer than width of base, with a row of thick macrosetae along lateral margin and fine hairs at tip (Fig. 7). Aedeagus shaft inflated near base, tapered distally; apex narrow, with pair of wing-like processes serrate on inner margins; gonopore subapical on dorsal surface (Fig. 8, 9). Connective Y-shaped, articulated with aedeagus; arms convergent anteriorly, about 2.7x longer than stem (Fig. 8–10). Style relatively narrow, evenly tapered at apex, preapical lobe rounded (Fig. 11).</p><p>Measurement. Length (including tegmen): ♂, 4.4 mm.</p><p>Type material. Holotype ♂, China: Yunnan Prov., Gaoligongshan, 26 May 2023, coll. Guangli Gou (GUGC).</p><p>Etymology.
