Holotype female (ZISP) Russia, Mordovia, Temnikov Distr., Mordovian Nature Reserve, Pushta, 7.VI.2020, coll. G.B. Semishin.

Description. Female. Body length (without ovipositor) 8.8 mm. Fore wing length 8.0 mm.

Head with gena long and roundly constricted posterior to eyes in dorsal view (Fig. 2). Inner eye orbits, in front view, weakly divergent ventrad. Head shagreened, dull; face with indistinct punctures. Clypeus lenticular, separated from face by broad impression, 3.0 × as broad as long (Fig. 3), weakly convex, without transverse ridge, punctate on shallowly granulate background, with long setae in lower part (setae almost as long as clypeus) (Figs 3, 7). Maxillary palp with 5 palpomeres, labial palp with 4 palpomeres. Mandible robust, tapered towards apex, lower tooth distinctly larger and longer than the upper (Fig. 3). Malar space 0.5–0.7 × as long as basal mandibular width; subocular sulcus absent. Flagellum weakly tapered towards apex, with 26 flagellomeres (Fig. 1); flagellomeres unspecialized, i.e. without finger-shaped structures. Frons with short but distinct furrow between antennal sockets (Fig. 3). Lateral ocellus separated from eye margin by 2.2 × maximum diameter of lateral ocellus (Fig. 2). Occipital carina thin, complete.

Mesosoma predominantly finely granulate, dull; mesopleuron with very fine and sparse punctures, posteriorly smooth and shining. Epomia absent. Notaulus absent. Epicnemial carina thin, extending somewhat above level of lower corner of pronotum, with upper end not reaching anterior margin of mesopleuron (Fig. 7). Sternaulus absent. Posterior transverse carina of mesopleuron absent. Metapleuron separated from propodeum by thin pleural carina. Submetalpeural carina raised in anterior 0.4, posteriorly absent or indistinct (Fig. 7). Propodeum convex in lateral view (Fig. 7), entirely and evenly granulate, almost without carinae (only short portions of longitudinal carinae present at posterior end of propodeum). Propodeal spiracle round, small, separated from pleural carina by 2.0–2.5 × its own diameter (Fig. 8).

Fore wing (Fig. 1) with vein M&RS opposite 1cu-a; vein 1m-cu&M before bulla strongly arcuate; vein 2r&RS curved; metacarpus (RA) short; areolet rhombic, oblique, vein 3rs-m in posterior 0.4 unpigmented; vein 2m-cu straight, with one broad bulla anteriorly. Hind wing with nervellus intercepted in lower 0.2, posterior portion of CU present although mostly unpigmented.

Legs moderately slender (Fig. 1). Fore tibia with thin and long tooth on distal outer side (Fig. 4). All tarsal claws distinctly pectinate (Fig. 5).

Metasoma with first tergite short, depressed, almost 1.1 × as long as broad posteriorly, in dorsal view strongly and evenly widened from base to apex (Fig. 9), in lateral view with upper margin evenly arcuate (Fig. 8). Glymma large and deep, situated at base of first tergite (Fig. 8). First tergite dorsally without carinae (Fig. 9); dorso-lateral carina distinct from base of tergite to spiracle, rounded posterior to spiracle (Fig. 8). Spiracle situated somewhat before centre of first tergite (Fig. 8). Second and following tergites in dorsal view short and very broad, e.g. second tergite 2.5 × as broad as long (Fig. 9). Laterotergite 2 hanging, weakly separated from its tergite (Fig. 8), with crease indistinct (strongly rounded) and extending from base of tergite 2 to approximately mid of tergite 3. Ovipositor long and slender, about 1.8 × as long as hind tibia, strongly upcurved (Fig. 1), apically with distinct nodus dorsally and 5–6 teeth ventrally (Fig. 6).

Head yellow, with small median brown stripe on upper part of face, small fuscous mark on occiput laterally (adjacent to occipital carina), and broad median black mark dorsally from base of antennae across frons, vertex and occiput (Figs 2, 3); gena slightly orangish; mandible yellow with teeth reddish black. Antenna predominantly black; scape, pedicel and basal flagellomeres yellowish ventrally. Mesosoma (including tegula) predominantly yellow, slightly orangish on upper posterior part of mesopleuron and in anterior part of propodeum; mesoscutum with three large longitudinal black marks centrally and on lateral lobes, and one broad triangular black mark on posterior end; mesopleuron extensively black ventrally and on epicnemium, and with C-shaped black mark on upper posterior quarter (Fig. 7); propodeum narrowly blackish dorsally on anterior margin. Wings hyaline. Pterostigma dark brown, peripherally paler. Legs yellow-orange to orange; fore and mid coxae and trochanters yellow. Metasoma orange; first tergite black at base, with black triangular mark dorsally in anterior part (Fig. 9), and with weak fuscous stripe postero-laterally.
