Phylogenetic tree constructed using a maximum likelihood (ML) analysis based on a combined ITS, gapdh, chs-1, act, βtubulin, his3, and cal sequences, representing Colletotrichum dracaenophilum species complex. The tree topology of the ML analysis was identical to the Bayesian posterior probability (PP) analyses. The final RAxML tree with a likelihood value of -10487.251 is presented here. The evolutionary model GTR+I+G was applied to all the genes. The analysis included twenty-eight (28 taxa with a total of 3,192 characters, comprising 847 distinct alignment patterns. Notably, 619 parsimony-informative, 217 singleton sites, 2356 constant sites gap/ambiguity. Estimated base frequencies were as follows: A: 0.219 C: 0.313 G: 0.254 T: 0.214; substitution rates A-C: 0.89457 A-G: 3.12178 A-T: 1.28383 C-G: 0.86887 C-T: 5.27836 G-T: 1.00000; gamma distribution shape parameter α = 0.316; tree length = 0.726. Bootstrap support values for ML and MP ≥ 70% and Bayesian Posterior Probabilities (PP) ≥ 0.90 are indicated at the nodes as ML/MP/PP. The tree is rooted with C. orbiculare (CBS 570.97 T) and C. sidae (CBS 504.97). Type strains are denoted in bold and T and sequences generated in this study are in yellow. Bar = 0.04 represents the estimated number of nucleotide substitutions of site per branch.	FIGURE 1.
