3C2A87872502500C1DC54D63BE88FBD6.taxon	etymology	Etymology: ― Anisotaenia ghazanfarii is named in honor of the late Dr. Hedayat Ghazanfari (1968 – 2020), who had contributed greatly to the conservation of the Zagros oak forests. He spent 20 years to implement a management system of traditional utilization of oak forests in Baneh, Kurdistan. We, the people of Kurdistan, owe him much for all of his sacrifices and efforts. May his soul rest in peace.	en	Rastegar, Azad, Maroofi, Hosein, Ghaderi, Hiva (2025): Two new species of Anisotaenia (Apiaceae) from Kurdistan, Western Iran. 3C2A87872502500C1DC54D63BE88FBD6.taxon	distribution	Distribution and ecology: ― Anisotaenia ghazanfarii is restricted to Allot Pass, neighboring the border between Iran and Iraq (Fig. 6). The habitat of A. ghazanfarii is on gravel slopes where it is dominant. This area is known for large landslides, which occur every few years.	en	Rastegar, Azad, Maroofi, Hosein, Ghaderi, Hiva (2025): Two new species of Anisotaenia (Apiaceae) from Kurdistan, Western Iran.
