383287FB3C08FF8245D7979240691D40.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Colouration and pattern (compare figs 1, 3 – 4). C. eala sp. nov. differs from its most similar congeners, C. nigerrima and C. hanoti, by the combination of a smaller wingspan, more elongate forewings, a strongly concave hindwing termen and partially hyaline hindwings. Male genitalia (compare figs 5, 7 – 8). The valva is triangular in C. eala sp. nov. and trapezoid in C. nigerrima and C. hanoti. There are significant differences in the shape of the ampulla. In C. eala sp. nov. is it very small ending in a short tip, whereas in C. hanoti, the ampulla is club-shaped, expanding towards the margin of the valva margin, ending in three short tips, in C. nigerrima, the ampulla is digitiform and slightly curved, ending in a small pointed tip and not reaching the distal end of the valva. The juxtal process is more oval in C. eala sp. nov., whereas in C. hanoti and C nigerrima it is weakly triangular with large, paired, rounded, well-sclerotized lobes.	en	Fiebig, Ralf (2026): Description of two new Casphalia Walker, 1866 from Africa (Lepidoptera, Limacodidae).
