Pronotum yellowish-brown, anterior and lateral regions brownish, posterior region with two symmetrical irregular brown black patterns; scutellum yellow, with basal triangles black, and with a small black triangle spot between basal triangles (Figs 1a, c). Forewing semitransparent, brown (Figs 1a, b).

Abdominal apodemes small and short, extending close to end of 3rd sternite (Fig. 4b).

Pygofer lobe broad, posterior margin truncate, with several microsetae dispersed on lower half of medial part of posterior margin (Fig. 4a). Dorsal appendage slightly angularly irregularly bifurcated at end, smaller branch darkly pigmented (Figs 4a, c). Subgenital plate with four macrosetae arranged on mid-upper margin of subbasal part, one slightly shorter and thinner near base; subbasal part bearing three rows of short stout setae on upper margin and one row from subbase to apex; several similar microsetae scattered caudally (Fig. 4a). Style apex with three short toothlike points; preapical lobe well developed (Figs 4e, f). Aedeagus tubular ventrally, slightly compressed in lateral view, with two pairs of processes, one pair short apical, another equal length to shaft on dorsal base, which inflated and then tapered at the tip, resembling a bird’s head, and darker in color, and subbase ventral of shaft with a triangular lamellar extension; gonopore apical on ventral surface; preatrium and dorsoatrium both shorter than aedeagal shaft, neither expanded (Figs 4g, h). Connective V-shaped, with two long arms (Fig. 4d).

Measurement. Body length male 2.7–2.8 mm, females 2.8 mm (including wing).

Material examined.
