Body length including wings: approximately 4.6–4.8 mm in males.

Anterior margin of crown (Fig. 13) broadly rounded and produced, with median length slightly longer than lateral margins, approximately equal to median length of the pronotum. Ocelli placed on anterolateral margins of crown, immediately adjacent to eyes. Face slightly convex in frontoclypeal region with median area flattened and bearing transverse impressed markings laterally. Pronotum wider than the head, median area slightly convex and sloping laterad; anterior margin arcuate and posterior margin slightly concave. Scutellum and crown subequal in length, with transverse suture situated in median posterior portion.

Body (Figs 13–15) yellowish-white. Crown bright yellow. Eyes black; ocelli concolorous with body. Pronotum with a faint black macula on median area and two black maculae on basal area, the median macula connected to basal ones; a white macula present between median area and each basal lateral area. Forewing milky white, translucent, veins pale; wing surface with indistinct pale purple luster. Thoracic sternites and legs pale yellowish-white; tibiae with several small dark maculae.

Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe (Fig. 16) approximately triangular, produced, distal margins extended posteriorly into smooth linear processes, distal regions bearing several robust long setae. Subgenital plate (Fig. 21) long, lamellar, with median longitudinal row of macrosetae distally and slender setae along margins. Aedeagus (Fig. 18) with broad base, tapering distally into straight tube, bearing a pair of slender processes on both sides of base, shorter than aedeagal shaft. Connective (Fig. 19) Y-shaped, main stem longer than lateral arms. Style (Fig. 20) relatively short and small, stem approximately 3 times longer than arms.

Type material.
