03A2FA608B2DB04348C7DDBEFD5AF900.taxon	description	Description of the holotype, male. Body rather slender, approximately 2.5 times as long as wide, moderately convex, nearly black with very indistinct bronze reflection. Surface with indistinct shagreen, rather shiny, pronotum laterally and hypomera shagreened, with silky luster. Body length 4.05 mm, width — 1.625 mm (Fig. 1). Head large, enlarged anteriorly, subequal in width with anterior margin of pronotum, frontovertex deeply nearly regularly arcuately concave, oculofrontal margins keel-shaped, eyes large, moderately convex, not projecting from head contour, reniform in lateral aspect. Clypeus turned back to horizontal plane, slightly transversely triangular with anterior margin nearly straight. Frons moderately widened posteriorly, anteriorly with deep and large slightly transversal fovea and deep round fovea at the level of upper one quarter of frons (in frontal view). Surface with few rather big irregular shallow punctures. Antennae serrate from antennomere 6, antennomere 5 moderately enlarged distally, antennomere 6 nearly equilateral, following antennomeres moderately transverse. Pronotum 1.75 times as wide as long, widest just behind middle, sides nearly straight towards widely arcuate anterior angles and very weakly emarginate posteriorly towards nearly straight posterior angles, weakly serrate. Anterior margin very slightly bisinuate, edged with entire but indistinct groove, posterior margin strongly bisinuate with moderately wide subtrunctate median lobe, fringed with thin groove shortly continuing anteriorly near posterior angles. Pronotum flattened laterally, distinctly irregularly depressed along posterior margin. Pronotal disk with 2 distinct nearly straight transverse elevations, subequal in length, anterior one slightly lower than posterior, with rounded edge; posterior with sharp edge, cariniform. Surface with rather big flat irregular punctures bearing at the bottom small pinned punctures. Scutellum subequilaterally triangular. Elytra approximately 1.9 times as long as wide, widest just behind middle, weakly sinuately narrowed anteriorly towards humeral tubercles and very weakly convexly narrowed to conjointly slightly irregularly arcuate apex. Elytra convex, narrowly flattened along sides behind humeri in anterior 1 / 3, adpressed medially of humeral tubercles and along posterior 3 / 5 of suture. Elytral sides very weakly serrate, fringed with thin groove reaching approximately to posterior 2 / 5 of elytra. Surface with small distinct irregular hyphen-like punctures and shallow irregular transverse wrinkles, structure smoothed posteriorly. Prosternal process with dense large rough irregular punctures, metasternum and abdominal ventrites with irregular net of thin oblique wrinkles, posteriorly very smooth, wrinkles indistinct. Anal ventrite irregularly rounded distally, with a few short yellowish setae medially. Male genitalia as in Fig. 5. Female unknown.	en	Kalashian, Mark (2025): Two new species of Endelus Deyrolle, 1864 (Coleoptera, Buprestidae) from China with notes on Endelus acutiplicis Obenberger, 1944. 03A2FA608B2DB04348C7DDBEFD5AF900.taxon	diagnosis	Differential diagnosis. Endelus (Endelus) storozhenkoi sp. nov. belongs to the E. (E.) collinus species group. It is close to E. (E.) jiangxiensis sp. nov. and E. (E.) sausai Kalashian, 2007 (Fig. 3) by the uniformly dark dorsal coloration (other species of the group are bluish or greenish or with bicolorous dorsal surface with dark bronzy, bluish or greenish elytra and greenish or golden-greenish pronotum). From both species mentioned above, it differs by the nearly regularly arcuate frontal depression and structure of male genitalia (genitalia of E. (E.) sausai — Fig. 7), and from E. (E.) jiangxiensis sp. nov. it differs by the angular sides of the pronotum. Endelus (E.) sausai differs also by the reddish tint of the dorsal surface.	en	Kalashian, Mark (2025): Two new species of Endelus Deyrolle, 1864 (Coleoptera, Buprestidae) from China with notes on Endelus acutiplicis Obenberger, 1944. 03A2FA608B2CB04648C7DCF4FD5AFBE4.taxon	diagnosis	Differential diagnosis. Endelus (Endelus) jiangxiensis sp. nov. is closely related to E. storozhenkoi sp. nov. and E. (E.) sausai and belongs to the same species group. It differs from both species by the somewhat wider pronotum (in E. (E) storozhenkoi sp. nov. and E. (E) sausai the pronotum is 1.7 – 1.8 as long as wide), which is subcordiform with the sides widely arcuate anteriorly and sinuate before sharp posterior angles, and by the structure of male genitalia. It differs from E. (E) storozhenkoi sp. nov. also by the narrower and somewhat triangular frontal depression. Like from E. (E.) storozhenkoi sp. nov., E. (E.) sausai also differs from Endelus (E.) jiangxiensis sp. nov. by the reddish tint of dorsal surface.	en	Kalashian, Mark (2025): Two new species of Endelus Deyrolle, 1864 (Coleoptera, Buprestidae) from China with notes on Endelus acutiplicis Obenberger, 1944. 03A2FA608B29B04648C7DED0FB8AF90D.taxon	discussion	Remarks. Re-examination of the type of E. (E.) acutiplicis Obenberger, 1944 shows that it belongs to the E. (E.) collinus species group and should be places here. The species was described from an unknown number of specimens; thus, we designate the lectotype according to Article 74 of International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (ICZN 1999) to maintain stability of nomenclature in this taxonomically difficult group.	en	Kalashian, Mark (2025): Two new species of Endelus Deyrolle, 1864 (Coleoptera, Buprestidae) from China with notes on Endelus acutiplicis Obenberger, 1944.
