0393A163100F301BFF744D78FAD3F89A.taxon	distribution	Distribution and habitat: Know only from surrounding areas of Paposo (Fig. 1 a) inhabiting on the top of the hills or in the foothills close to the beach in the coastal Atacama Desert between the 60 – 700 m asl. The habitat is characterized by the formation of Cactaceae of the genus Eulychnia and Copiapoa, as well as other shrubs (Fig. 1 b and c). The soil is generally clayey at the top of the hills and / or clayey-sandy at the foothills where there are also alluvial fans. In general, both habitats are heavily covered by camanchaca and occasionally received winter rain.	en	Sánchez, Alejandro Vera, Reinoso, Álvaro Zúñiga (2026): A new species of Platydecticus (Orthoptera: Tettigoniidae) from the Coastal Atacama Desert in Chile.
