Inner and outer sets of denticles fused (Fig. 2C 1). Inner margin of innermost denticles with a row of thin setae. Prostheca robust and small comb-like. Margin between prostheca and mola straight. Mola with tuft of setae at apex (Fig. 2C). Left mandible incisors blunt. Inner and outer sets of denticles fused (Fig. 2D 1). Prostheca robust and comb-like. Margin between prostheca and mola slightly concave, with minute denticles towards subtriangular process. Subtriangular process broad, rounded, above level of area between prostheca and mola. Denticles of mola constricted apically. Mola with tuft of setae apically absent (Fig. 2D). Both mandibles with lateral margins almost straight. Basal half with fine, simple setae scattered over dorsal surface. Left and right prostheca with short teeth (Figs 2C–D). Maxillary palp two-segmented; tip of second segment rounded, with one pointed scale (Fig. 2E); surface of both segments covered with small hair-like setae; both segments almost same size in length (Fig. 2F); galea-lacinia with three simple, robust setae apically under crown. Inner dorsal row of setae with three denti-setae, distal denti-setae tooth-like, middle and proximal denti-setae slender, bifid and pectinate.
