03DFD53CFFE6AA10FF478B7B5B5E2C51.taxon	description	Within the Bothroprosopa - group, there is an interesting series of frontal modifications, which are possibly related. These include the shortening of the frontal height, loss of fronto-orbital setae in some taxa, and projection of the first flagellomere over the frons in Ceratoplatus + Ceratusa + Cyphometopis.	en	Ament, Danilo César (2017): Phylogeny of Phorinae sensu latu (Diptera: Phoridae) inferred from a morphological analysis with comprehensive taxon sampling and an uncommon method of character coding. 03DFD53CFFE6AA10FCDF8D0F5B2D289D.taxon	description	The large clade including Spiniphora, Kuenburgia and six other genera is sister to the clade comprising Chaetopleurophora + amber genus A, based on the elongated sternite 7 of females. In spite of this characteristic also being indicated as synapomorphic for the clade Spiniphora + Chaetopleurophora by Brown et al. (2015), it is not exclusive to these taxa and could not be observed in certain of the above-mentioned taxa. Support for this large clade including Spiniphora and Chaetopleurophora is therefore relatively low.	en	Ament, Danilo César (2017): Phylogeny of Phorinae sensu latu (Diptera: Phoridae) inferred from a morphological analysis with comprehensive taxon sampling and an uncommon method of character coding.
